But some Lao American , Lao Australian and from European Union and England would like to come back to Laos? Every days and year there are hundred of thousands Laotian fled the country to Thailand to work and love to go the the US, Australia , Japan and European Union to work or to live if they have the opportunity ? Why?

they already had alote money from work over sea .that is why to want to come back to laos and for those people want to go abroad .some of them go for thier education some of them go for work have alot money and still want to return to laos.

You sould ask your self Why? You are one of them would like to go to abroad I'm sure!


The one Who want to come back to Laos only the elderly or  people who still have relatives and family.

99% who travel to work another country their life are chang from better to welthy dramatictly some of them save enough money and want to come home!!

I see many hundred Laotian from Laos PDR came to the U.S. and looking for their futures as working to earn and save money to returne home, but only 1% of those Laotian went back home right before his/her passport is expired. Ninety nine out of one hundred they desired to stay in the U.S.as illigal immegration, and later they applied for permanant resident. 

I don't know for sure why Lao American wants to go back to Loas? Myself, I am not interresting to go back to Laos yet. My 3 children, 2 was born in Loas, and 1 born in the U.S.   The older one is Heart doctor, second one is working as financing officer and my younger one is runing his own besiness.       I don't think Laos PDR will have any right spot to fit for my kids position.

Everyone has different reasons. Some Lao-Americans go to work in Laos because they get high salary, some want to stay close to their love one.

 I would like to spend your golden years in Laos when I am retired . My pension and social security check should make me to live in Laos comfortably.

Lao nai love to go abroad because one, there are no good jobs in Laos, two want to see the world , three get well educated. Lao American who are successful and wealthy of course they would like to come back to Laos to do business and some retirees would like to come and die in the motherland.

Not all Lao American who were born in the US would like to come and live in Laos, They might want to come to visit only because Laos is their motherland. But Lao Nai try in any way they could to come to the US to study and work.

I was born in the U.S. I am currently a college student.

After getting my degrees, working for a few years, I truly want to go to Laos to teach, or work there. I believe that my degree and education would be benefit the Lao people, to help them progress the country.

I grew up here in a nice home with nice infrastructure, lots of food and money. More and more I am getting sick of materialism and the west's greed for more and more money and items.

When I went to Laos I noticed people lacked the will and greed to buy more items, wasteful items. I find that fits me more than the west.

     Some laotian still call one another "lao nai and lao nork", what's matter with them!!!
Right now there more than 250000 chiness and countless vietnamess taking over the land
that our.....ancestors fought and die for so that the whole world will know this land belong to
all laotian.  United we stand and divided we fall, please take that to heart.
