It is a little money compared to other... but in fact you should know which position and real condition of your country in the world... which rank are we in the Humandevelopment Index...

i remember, the government helped sichuan Earth quake with wood, the value was about 40 000 USD. if we are rich as china, i think Laos will spend at least 1 000 000 USD to aid Haiti.
