        thunder foot.  Very strange though...his skill's only work with
        the Laotians.  He wouldn't dare use his foot against anyone
        else because he is afraid that they are going to shuffle that

The Japanese, despite their military and economic prowess still cannot rid themselves of the burden of hosting  the American Occupation forces. Which is costing the Japanese tax payers $2 Billion a year.
