I am not 100% sure but he looks like Dr. Pao Sikao ( now in Melbourne,Australia )

Yes, he is.I was told that Dr Pao is one of the best lao-hmong.He live happyful whith his lao wife in Australia.

I believe he went to study in Australia under Colombo plan Scholarships before 1975,graduated from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia in 1980
Set up a Surgery in September 1985 he married to a Lao
lady and settled there.

I don't know where she is but I do know Mr.Khamphane(ຄຣູຄຳຜານ) is in Queensland Australia

Lycee de Vientiane is French words. It's original. Keep it that way.
