Id like to ask some Lao nai here if any one of you are aware of an occurrence of fish kill in any of the rivers or fish ponds, especially in areas affected by the drought?
Drought is worsening in some parts of the South East Asia and each day more and more farmers and agriculturists are experiencing loss due to damage in their livelihood.
This results to food shortage and the proportionate increase in prices due to scarcity. How seriously drought/ El Nino is affecting Laos? Anyone got any idea?
