I would go to Singapore. They have the best University in SE Asian countries, and their educational system is kinda related to the U.S and England, but if beside Asian countries i would go to (OxFord) England or Yale in (U.S).

You mean '' Only asean countries not Southeast asians,'' Well, if i have to send my kids to one of these country. it' would be Japan, Singapore,Korea, Thailand. Even though, Thailand is fourth on my list. But, it a plus for any lao students who go there because we can easily understand the language.
In term of Economic Development, Technology, you must learn from US, Japan or Europe who had experiences and succeed in developing their own countries... even the Relative or sons of Chinese Political Leaders also send their kids to US to study in Yales or Harward,.....
But in term of Political studies, Vietnam and China will be the best choice.

Study in Vietnam? ummm...no need to think about it! Definitely not on my list. Vietnam still not in the list of SE Asia
