I do not think this cartoon is a joke or it is in anyway funny. Its message is that ethnic migrants should be treated compssionately and humanely.

In fact The Goverment of Lao PDR has spend more than 7 million US$ to resettelment for returning home from Thailand of hmong. Now thier all have good living condition with fully support from Goverment

Don't worry, this cartoon was posting during first time that thai govt sent hmong ppls back to Laos, the situation was like cartoon in the begining, Yeah I agree with you, now the govt of Laos treat those hmong very well for instance there s the eletricity in the village so that ppls won't stay in the dark and will be able to watch world cup 2010 via TV.. blankstare

Hmong people is hardheader Loas give them a land for them to live on , Now they want to seperate from Laos , they want nothing to do with national or local authority leval , that impossible for any country when country's man doesn't paticipate or united with.
