KFC, is ok to open one or 2 in Laos, sometimes I can bring Falang there!!! but I prefer to have some tradional Ping Kai and Tam mak houng on the street..
laos KFC and USA KFC prices are pretty close.. Laos KFC one leg costs 7000 kip or almost $1 US but lao KFC chicken leg is way muchhhh smaller than the US

If lao's chicken seems to be smaller than American's that's bcus it's organic not mass produced from steroids .

If there is the KFC from the US open in Laos, if I am a manager I would add some menu such as Chicken grilled American style and Lao style with lemongrass, Serve Hot sticky rice and Black coffee Milk plus French Bread.
