'' I wish lao American to be a president of U.S.A. ''  555, Be a president of the United State of America !!!!  Majority of our lao people don't even care about their own local politics, Never mind in a national politics level.. most of us were very busy working, so that's why you only see a few asian faces in national politics. like vietnamese Senator Cao from Louisiana, Hmong senator from Minesota, and a few from state of California and Hawaii.. Understand now..

A useless country ?? wao, where have you been the last 40-50 years ??  people in the East and Western Europs tried to hang on this a little country for many times, But, Couldn't. especially a country in the East of the River, they tried many times without success. we might be a poor country and under infrastructure but our surounding neighbors Vietnam, China, and Thailand are competing with each other who will be the number one investors in laos. as you know, ever sine laos joint and opened the country to the outside world, you know we are not the same. as for my self, i really don't like to see Laos excessive development like Vietnam and Dubai for example. early this year, Dubai runout of Cash for big project, someone have to bail them out. as for Vietnam, they have a lots of big projects but i don't know where will they get cash? well will see..

So you mean all of these Investors are stupid ? They don't know what they are doing ? Investing a Billion of Billion of Dollars in laos,? and yes,  of course we do have something to offer. tha's why Thailand and China are compete with each other who will be on top 555. if you really think that Laos has nothing to offer, you are very ignorant person that don't know anything about your neighbors.. if you are the rich man and don't want to invest in Laos that's fine with me. there are another fish in the Ocean...

Not long ago I read in BBC news it saying that the 53 billion us dollar for bullet train or high speed in Vietnam already dropped by the vietnamese congress.....so even some in the party proposed to build this project but the majority of vietnamese representatives in the congress agaisnted this project so that's meant THE BULLET TRAIN won't be built. Like other country Vietnam borrowed money from rich countries to build things.....such as ODA of Japan.
