Not long ago I read in BBC news it saying that the 53 billion us dollar for bullet train or high speed in Vietnam already dropped by the vietnamese congress.....so even some in the party proposed to build this project but the majority of vietnamese representatives in the congress agaisnted this project so that's meant THE BULLET TRAIN won't be built. Like other country Vietnam borrowed money from rich countries to build things.....such as ODA of Japan.
