If you ask me how acuracy the Census and labour department count the population ?? my answer to you is : i don't think that they really count everybody.. and some of the people still refused to be count because they don't like the government period.

So what is the point of going to Thailand to check on Laotian worker?
Will they learn anything from them?
If they have a brain, they should create more jobs 4 their own citizen in Lao.
Sure work 4 Thailand is good to get paid in Thai baht & send them home back to Lao. When the Gov't try to promote/advocate pple to use Kip in Lao, it's hardest thing to do especially when the Gov't burocracy is all using $$$$ and Thai Baht. I guess thing is easier said than done.
Last of all, very soon Lao pdr will be just like Philippine. No job at home, so they sent all women to work every where in the world. And the Gov't is so corrupted.
