As you can see the young Laotian girl she speaking thai with no acent at all i don't like that.
What's the difference, there some Laotians who can speak french, English, Vietnamese, Chinese etc....without accent too! Besides, as we all know a majority of Lao who lives in rural area does not have formal education to know that as a parent they have the responsibility to teach their kids their mother tongue language and my guest is that little girl was probably have been exposed to Thai media at an early age more than the time she spends in school.
