Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration on September 13 began a training course organised for lecturers from Lao provincial politics and public administration universities.
During the three-month course, 20 Lao lecturers will learn about and conduct research on Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh’s Thought.
Ho Chi Minh’s Thought on national liberation combined with socialism and other topics regarding the Party top the course’s priorities, along with the subject of communist morality.
The participants will have a chance to learn about a variety of topics, including the visualisation method for teaching, skills in presentation, question-answer scenarios and interviewing. They will also engage in a fact-finding tour of several cities and provinces like Hanoi, Hai Duong, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Thua Thien-Hue and Binh Dinh. (VNA)
the only thing they can't teach us... Lao people don't fall in love to drink Tea.. We love only BeerLao.
That is great that Vietnam trained Laos for every things and Laos still is the least developed and the poorest country. So why don't we learn from someone else who are more advance and more successful than Vietnam such as south Korea and Singapore who could transform their countries from the poverty to the first world countries in only few decades after the war.
