How long will it take Laos to have a Good University ?

How long will it take me to be a billionaire ( USD). That is your answer. Good University need money ( computers, lab ( experiment and research) science and technologies , libraries ( books )and good professors ...etc ). So do Laos have the money ? or depend on foreign aid ?

What did you mean by "good" university? I think our university is not that bad.

If you meant world class university, I can tell that our Lao university would never be that as long as our teachers still teach students in Lao language.

To be in world standard we should talk with other nation in world language.

Colaboration with other country to create a Lao University system and its dynamic education and additional foreign teacher workshop should be added aswell. To insure certain education is working for the Lao youngs and also, for those others who wants higher should be granted depended on there scores level and test they are provided with. Also, Lao education need standards language teaching or foreign language education should be scedule on either terms or semister they will need to reach that goals.

Lao can't Chinese. Thai can read Chinese well because most people live in Bangkok are Chinese or half breed. Bangkok have China town and Chinese street sign everywhere. Chinese Thai Prime minister. Chinese Thai run Bangkok. why you think Bangkok look so nice ? while Issan is underdeveloped.

In 15-20 Laos will be rich. Don't worry about Bangkok Jek is our master. It will not be that hard for Thai to join China later. Many Chinese agent, Jek are already in charge of Thailand. These Jek agent been coming to Bangkok for the past 200 year. They are the majority in Bangkok. They control the economy, military and in power. This guy is really smart, he used Loa instead of Lao or Laos. so he himself is Lao and doesn't want to hurt Lao, I notes that all his comment hah mentioned Loa , not Lao or Laos.. when he typed loa.. he wouldn't get any troubles from Lao govt... he is really smart and not brave enough if Laoser is brave enough to say negative things about Laos and people, why doesn't Laoser type Lao instead of loa..
