I didn't understand a thing but there's something in her manner of animated delivery that made me chuckle. Anyone help translate what seemed so funny?

It's funny for who can speak and know Thai languge because the lady in this clip speak Thai language with American English accent(the whole word that she speak is Thai).If I don't listen to her intentionly,I won't know that she is speak Thai.

The news which she reported is about the lowest level of Amozon river,Brazil in 40 years.

This TV show is like English's Minutes TV program on Thai TV5 Global Networks

She is one of the most famous comedian actress

She said : From now on she will make somebody in here to understand of the words "Professional" International News Reporter!

Then she just reporting the news in Thai language but in English accent. It's kind of joke among them

Even she can't speak English but I likes her accent and she is so funny girl
