Might be a good way to foster "brotherhood" and economic cooperation between the 2 neighboring countries.

Maybe because Laos is profitable but for sure not too friendly with other neighbouring countries such as Cambodia , Malaysia and Burma. Why should we care , it is none of our business any way.
