It's sad hearing about unrest but people always prefer a non-despotic rule. After all, why would someone believe that there's only one sould (Mubarak) who can rule the nation for 3 decades or so? There are so many smart Egyptians, people should share their know-how on governance and not just relegate it to the prowess of 1 person.
After 30 years of military dictator ruled , the Egyptian people realize that the economy of the country will never get any better as long as the military dictator ruling the country. Finally president Hosni Mubarak who became the president after president Sadat was assassinated and had been ruled Egypt for 3 decades, stepping down to avoid more bloodshed and with the pressure from president Obama. Let wait and see if Egyptian people could prove to the world that the democracy government which will be elected by the people could turn the economy of Egypt around. Egypt gets over billion and half dollars foreign aid per year from the United States.
Perhaps Egypt could be the example to all middle East countries including Iran which will be running by the civilian government which also will be elected by the people . That will be the first step of a long way toward the real democracy and freedom which all human being desire to have.
