If the united States government  does not give a damn about the American people and care about the medicare , social security retirement benefit , welfare programs , public education and the minimum wages and union pay and work comp and the insurance benefit for the workers and stop giving the third world countries and NATO foreign aid monies for billions of dollars per year . Will the United States still be broke ? Just does the same way the China does to their workers and their people (  under 3 USD per day )no benefit and what so ever only the rich and powerful people have the good living. For the  poor people are born to serve the rich and make them richer . When the US investors ( companies) will stop moving the US factors out from the United States to Mexico , China , India and the third world countries for cheap labors. The American people are rich but the America ( country) is broke. China is rich country but the  Chinese people are poor. The American people have the choice but not the Chinese.
