especially in investment, education, training, science,

technology, and labour.

More than 85% of Vietnamese-americans including Anh Joseph Cao disagree about Sen. Daneil

visiting Vietnam since human right not improve.  US-Vietnam relationship will be like ພໍ່ນາກັບງູເຫົ່າ.

Vietnam must find the way to defense herself against China in the future war because Russia alone is not strong enough to stop China . Since the collapse of the Soviet Union Empire , Russia people don't care about other countries but Russia and also has the problems with the former countries which used to be part of Soviet Union such Georgia...etc... Soon or later China will claim the Spratly Island which has a lot of oil again and other border between Vietnam and China . This time China is the most powerful nation in economic with  the largest army in the world and modern air force and Navy. Only way to stop China aggression is to balance of the power and to be part of the world community with the united Nation which is enforced  by NATO. NATO is run by the United States as the world know and the world is run by the bank and the bank is the United Stated controlled . Even the United States is no longer number 1 economic strong but there are no nation on earth spending more monies in Military , education, medical , welfare ,NASA (Space program), disease research and social security benefit like the United States . That is why there are many rich Chinese tourists from China to visit the United States , just to give birth to their children so their children could be US citizen so their children will have the right for all the benefit as the US citizen. This is the big headache for senator ( law maker ) in United States. There are about 12 millions illegal alien in the United States that the US government must spend money on their welfare  , food stamp , medicare program and their children education just like take care of 2 countries that are the same size as Laos.

The United States is still broke and in debt with China because of over spending on welfare, medicare and social security , military, Nasa , disease research, education..etc...unlike China doesn't spend much money on the Chinese people but $3 USD per day for their factories workers only the government and their families and business people have the good living. China also is very good in copying the technologies from other countries instead of spending money in research of their own. Copying every things that they could lay their hands on from movies to Hi tech fighter jet and missile and satellite .
