Ask something trade from USA if they want Laos to stop or cancel Xayabury dam project. Ask USA to build 8 lanes super high way from North to South of Laos instaed of building Xayabury dam.

How come the U.S isn't going on about China 3 mega dam on the upper reach of the Mekong River? Obviously Vietnam,Cambodia and U.S seem to not see that China mega dam does effect Laos internally. The only reason why the U.S are against Laos dam is because they want Laos to be on the U.S favor. The U.S is finding ways to choke Laos of any development progress to further the country and the people in needs. China seem to be the only country giving Laos a hand with Laos today development. This is obviously non of the U.S business to be nosy with the Mekong Dam on the Laos territory.
