The United States won't mind to stop China because the United States is trying to move their factories from China to Vietnam any way because of cheaper labor.

It is none of the United States business so just don't get involve there are enough problem in Iraq , afghanistan and Libya . So no US no need to be involve with China and Vietnam conflict over the spratly island which we don't even know for sure that Spratly island has oil. Let China teach Vietnam a big lesson like they conquered Tibet and other Muslim provinces. Maybe just send 300 millions Han Chinese to occupy Vietnam like they had done to Tibet.

Yes! you are right, but further more US has to follow up the new world order policy, US must subject to UN's policy, It is not US's policy alone.
As UN's policy statement, Chapter 2:4 He will certain render judgment among the nations and st matters straight respecting many peoples. and they will have to beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nations, neither will they learn war any more. So this statement noones coun't ignore because all of nations have been swearing to Creator of his Universal sovereignty.

You are so stupid Hmong! There is more Hmong ethnicity then there is Laotian. Also Hmong have multipul wives who pop out a lot of babies since after 1975. Also most of these first generation have more then 5 kids in a apartment or small house. Many used tax payers money and food stamp to survive the life in the U.S. Also not many Hmong socialized among others people aswell. Hmong are like in there own world in the U.S.
