I didn't see any stupid question above. Those questions that Laos Govt. should figure out before to late to solve the problems are coming up in the future. Thailand is a democracy country and ruling with prime minister that came from different politic party every 4 years. I don't think Shinawatra family will ruling Thailand like Kim family in North Korea or Castro in Cuba for up to 50 to 60 years term.
Laos should watching closely for the future of relationship with Thailand. Make good friendship with Thailand is better than any neighboring countries surrounding.
