So who cares if they don't visit or not. Nothing special about this beside business deals.

Don't be so silly.

It's the same thing as asking why Canadian PM did not visit Cambodian or Vietnam? It's the business between Canada and Thailand, not Laos, Cambodia, or Vietnam. It's like asking why Clinton visited Laos and not Thailand? nonsensical question?
