I'd like to know, if some of you know When was the first and original Lao PDR government constitution came out ?????
Anybody fell free to give out his/her opinions but please do not turn this issue into an ugly argument .
What good is it ? The high ranking government officers are above the law and the constitution . The corrupted officers have never been implemented and punished but getting richer and richer and who dare to speak out against those corrupted high ranking government officers. The reason why I came up with this question is because I caught many expert in this website love to blamed Lao government and lao nais didn't know what they were doing. like: if they want to do this they have to change this and they have to change that blaaaaa.
and the question that i came up is really basic question. So now i knew that most people in here didn't really do their homework before they open their mouth.

Nahh, read the whole thing what i said up there , it isn't about the date or month either. My point is: if some of us (Lao) knew when the constitution came out they would know that what articles containing what laws. and what kinda law protecting those people who doing business in our country Laos.
I read Lao constution ,it seems to be good but the government don't respect them and be above them.

Lao citizens have freedom of speech, press and assembly; of associations and of demonstrations, which are not contrary to the law.
