So he wants us to keep buying new cars? So they can make more money off that. Perhaps Lao people have to buy second hand cars cause they can't afford brand new ones to begin with since they are double in price compared to their neighbors? (except for the 58 people that belong to the high ranking gov't).

Traffic Jams? Maybe because the roads are so ****ty? Got to stop and go around the huge crater that is in the middle of the facking road. Perhaps spend some more money on road construction and maintenance after taxing car purchases? Maybe he needs to go see what a real traffic jam looks like in a "real" city that has this "problem".

 This is biggest mistake that made by the Head of the State. Now I know why our country Laos is so slow to develop like other Asian countries. Major mistake, that's all I can say.

As a Lao citizen, there is nothing we can expect from current leaderships. Corruption is still the number one the biggest problem that makes our country poor. The rich get even richer, the poor gets nothing to eat.

We will be facing with high food price, unemployment, illegal immigrants from Vietnam and China, high crime rate and many other social problems that these people don't even know how to fix.....

National resources will soon be long gone.

Why there is no one person who is smart and not corrupted be chosen to lead the country... all we have over the past 4 decades are a bunch of retards who don't know how to run the country besides competing with each other in taking advantage of their position to gain wealth.

Let's hope one day we will find a true leader
