Welcome to our forum dedicated to helping users understand how to share screen on Teams effectively! Whether you’re collaborating with colleagues, conducting a presentation, or providing technical support, screen sharing can enhance communication and streamline your meetings.
To share your screen on Teams, start by joining a meeting or call. Once you're in, locate the screen-sharing icon, which looks like an upward arrow within a rectangle, usually found in the meeting controls at the bottom of the screen. Click on this icon, and you’ll be presented with options to share your entire screen, a specific window, or a PowerPoint presentation.
If you choose to share your entire screen, select the appropriate screen from the options provided and click "Share." For sharing a specific window, simply select the desired application from the list. Once you've started sharing, you can stop at any time by clicking the "Stop sharing" button that appears in the meeting controls.
