What is pneumatic butterfly valve?

How it works?

Open Position: The actuator permits maximum fluid flow by turning the shaft and disc so that the disc is parallel to the flow when compressed air is introduced.
Closed Position: The route is entirely sealed when the air under pressure is released, moving the disc perpendicular to the flow.
Modulating Control: The valve can also be partially opened to accurately regulate flow, which makes it useful for throttling applications.
