The biggest hall of NUOL inaugurated

(KPL) The biggest hall of National University of Laos has been opened in to use after three years of construction by Khamphaisana Construction Co., with the cost of 11 billion kip.

Hand-over ceremony was held last week between NUOL and the construction company.

“ The hall has accommodation capacity of 3,000 people, and has two zones including one for convention, and another one for sporting events such as basket ball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis,” said Mr Khamphay Somsana, President of the company.

“In the zone one, we have many convention rooms which has 200 seats, rooms for research each can accommodate 20-30 people. The rooms for research and training, as well as canteens are also compiled in the hall,” said Mr Khampha.

The hall has been used for the cerebration of 10th anniversary, meeting of experts from universities in the regional countries, and for training.
