Laos sees big fish as small price to pay for hydropower

I still don't see any relation between the dam construction and the giant catfish.
now the dam is not yet begin it construction, and people worry about fish, what told them that those fish would dye after building those dams...but we have to change, the mild temperature become hotter, and we have to chose between low cost energy and the lost of low farmlands of our fathers...So think twice before initiating plans and projects
