The music is O.K but I do not like the way sao Lao now dress so skimpy. Thai people were saying how modest Lao ladies are and they are trying to promote so that their Thai ladies would start covering up their body. Thailand is know for the sex capital of the world and I do not want people to say like that to us... You can still be modern without showing all.  Have some respect to yourself so people will not call you easy...........cheap.....

don't understand why recently many lao songs have been composed by using inappropriate contents and wordings!!! Singers and dancers are aslo a bit too much. i am not sure if they are in Laos or foreign countries. What has happened to Lao culture and society

If you don't want to listen to it, then choose not to, but ka lu na don't make my choices for me. I have a brain and I have a right to watch and listen to what ever I want to and make my own decisions about it. Oh my Buddha you "culture" people suck. You are just fed this "we must hak sa wattanatam" by the government and you repeat it mindlessly but you define it by what it is not. The problem with this society is precisely that no one is allowed to debate what culture means and what practices are acceptable and what are not. The laws don't work, the leaders think they are still back in the jungle singing yen sabai sao naa, and all you people can come up with is "shut up" - well I will, now that I've had my rant. pit pak leow.
