Dongpassak Village was built in 2004. Presidents and ministers of all the ASEAN countries lived in these premises during the 10th ASEAN Summit.

Nowadays, some of these luxurious mansions can be rented (at daily, monthly or yearly rates) or bought. Our customers can also choose to occupy only a room or a suite in a villa. The rates are very advantageous if compared with those of a hotel with similar comfort and facilities. Facilities include:

• For lesser needs, a superior room is 50 sqm and a deluxe room is 35 sqm.
