The hotel is being constructed near Lao-Japan Friendship bridge, Champasak province, Southern Laos.

( ຂົວລາວ-ຍີ່ປຸ່ນ ) ໃນເນື້ອທີ່ 3 ເຮັກຕາ, ໃນມູນຄ່າ 4 ລ້ານໂດລາສະຫະລັດ, ເຊິ່ງແມ່ນທຶນພາຍໃນ 100%, ແຜນການໃນເບື້ອງຕົ້ນຈະສ້າງເປັນໂຮງແຮມ 9 ຊັ້ນ ແຕ່ປັດຈຸບັນນີ້ແມ່ນຈະໄດ້ກໍ່ສ້າງໃຫ້ເປັນໂຮງແຮມ 11 ຊັ້ນ ເພີ່ມຂຶ້ນອີກຈຳນວນ 2 ຊັ້ນ. ໂຮງແຮມດັ່ງກ່າວມີຄວາມຍາວ 65 ແມັດ, ກວ້າງ 26 ແມັດ, ເຊິ່ງປະກອບມີ 200 ກວ່າຫ້ອງນອນ, ມີຫ້ອງປະຊຸມໃຫຍ່ທີ່ສາມາດບັນຈຸຄົນໄດ້ເຖິງ 1.000 ກວ່າຄົນ, ມີຫ້ອງອາຫານ, ຫ້ອງບັນເທີງ, ຫ້ອງອອກກຳລັງກາຍ ແລະ ອື່ນໆ ເຊິ່ງໄດ້ລົງມືກໍ່ສ້າງມາແຕ່ເດືອນທີ 5 ປີ 2006 ຜ່ານມານີ້.
