Ha ha..This proof that you still have head.Pets of Taksin first said so but now pets of Sonthi Lim say instead. What a gentlemen they are. Sometimes optimistic is stereotype itself , also pessimistic. For Lao , no meaning between gentle Thai PM or vice versa. Sorry if I bark.I didn't mean to hurt anybody.
In answer to one of the comments above, an honorary degree can be awarded to anyone deemed to have made a great contribution to their area of expertise - it is more of a 'prize' than a degree, because you don't actually have to study a degree to be awarded one. Honorary doctorates are normally awarded to very famous and important leaders, such as heads of state. So that is why the PM got one, not because he actually studied this degree. The Singaporean PM was recently awarded an honorary degree at the Australian university where I study. But then, visiting leaders are not always awarded them. The Iranian president was verbally abused and left in disgrace after attending that debate at Yale, or was it Cornell?
