i bet the vietnameses girl have whiter skin from all the girls you mentioned in here.
The second should be Lao girl then the Cambodian girl the last is Thai girl.
Any objection here ?

Lightest to darkest:  Vietnamese, Laotian, Thai, Cambodian

If your parents are dark, you will be dark.  If your parents are ugly, you might be good looking if you are luckly.

speak in practice, every country is devided into many parts, so girls skin is diffirent too. EXample: most of girl in northern part of Vietnam has white skin but in the south of Vietnam, most of girl has dark skin. and it is the same in another country. it's better not to compare because even in the same country has something different already!
