As long as it help Laos economy I am all for it. I don't think Vietnamese are taking over. They will blend in with the society in time.....IF.....LPRP control the flow of them coming in.

Beautiful photo, love it. But Hanoi does not have a derelict building owned by a rich Lao family sitting in the middle of the tourist area. It is a disgrace. Someone with a bit of authority needs to tell the Inthavongs to stop arguing and do something with the upper levels of that building (left of photo).
