A shoe drive for Lao kids. Can anyone help us?

Our organization, Laotian American Outreach, is going to host a shoe drive for Laotian kids. Does anyone know how I can get in contact with someone in Laos who can be a liason for delivering the shoes to a school or town? Do you guys know an ambassador or a government official who can help us? Please contact us with any kind of information.

I know the members of Lao for Lao to Lao projects
They have been raising funds to buy stationaries, cloths, sport tools for children in remote Laos.

 People over at Laovoices[dot]com been raising money for school book and to help with building school in rural area already. They have been sending money doing this for awhile now and been deliverying school book twice so far. People over at Laohub[dot]com been raising money for the same thing.

Contact person at Laovoices[dot]com, I am sure they can help you.
