How much this company buy this template?
It must be around 60-70 $.
It looks modern, but... not reflect the Electricite du Laos. The webmaster should add something to make it feel like it is Lao website, not general commerical template that can be found on the cyber space.

"Electricité Du Laos" (EDL) is a french name... but the website is in lao or english... not french.
