what about the big piece of land right in the centre of town next to namphu. Why are they not doing anything with that building? Doesn't anbody think it is a bit weird that a seven story piece of prime real estate has been sitting there abandoned for decades? Buddha, wake up.
Or I'd make a faux village complete with a Palace, replica of the one in Vientiane that use to stand before it was conquered and burnt down. Sorta like a tourism thing.
