Don't use pronoun WHO for a country. It's a wrong grammar. Use THAT has just got out of .. instead.

 XD so true.

I believe it is getting better, I mean it is the 21st century. Computers and TVs are becoming a norm in most countries, the media of course will transform.

Yep ! Today there are many Lao Media, that is nice :)

But, we need to make effort yet to do a good video clip, it's not always or often very good :(

Yes, this in the cyber age, but if one misspell or misspronounced his English it will corrupt his own English usage for the rest of his Internet carreer. You should know how to use the computer and at the same time use English Language correctly. It is better to do the right thing. Is not it?

I wish I was in ESL. It would be fun with other Asian kids around. They threw me in a 1st grade when we got here. I was the only Asian kids till 5th grade. My parents later told me I spoke english within 1 1/2 year without ESL class. English ermersion works. Way better than ESL.

Why are you fussing so much about grammar? That does not, in anyway, add to the discussion.

Grammar is very important for someone who is now learning english. There are a lot of Lao people who are not good at English grammar. When there is someone who help correcting the English grammar in this site, we should thank you them.

For those who already good at grammar, don't feel sad when you made errors.

True, that grammar is important but this isn't the place for it.

Thirty years is a long time to wait for a free press. I don't really see why it would take longer than one afternoon to tell people to go ahead and say whatever they like. I'd say whithout the freedom of press Laos has no media, only propaganda.

This is another place to show how good you are at Rnglish language, not just the English grammar. You should learn the correct English composiyion and the grammar otherwise you will never write and speak English correctly. Or do you want to show your poor English comprehension to your English teachers?
