Thank you very much for sharing this video. this makes me reconnect to my root. it flashed back my memory of our country. i left Laos when i was very young (30 years ago). Of course i still love Laos no matter where i live...and someday, i will be back to visit Laos.
I still love Laos even though I live overseas much longer than I live in Laos. I still live in the West which I have migrated there 45 years ago. I wish to come back to Laos if I physically can. I am getting old and in poor health.
I grow up in Laos, just accross Nam Se between the province of Saravane and Ban Tapoon and Ban Xiangyeune. Eventhough, I left my mother land for over 35 years, I still remember my childhood. I always love and think about coming to visit. I personal thank to whoever posted the Poo-Katee on one of the pictures of Laos page. I used to see that mountain everyday when I went to school @ Saravane Elementary School. All the beautiful scenics that I saw on this web; that reminds me about my past memories even more. I am thinking about going to visit my motherland in the near future. Any advise and suggestion is greatly appreciated! Best Regard!
i love laos unconditionally.... it is my birthplace.. i miss it dearly. i still have alot of relatives and friends back in laos.. i've been trying to go back once a year. i highly suggested to those never been back visit laos.. please give it a try and see what you been missing...
i still remember the very first time i went back to visit laos in 1996. after almost 20 years living in the u.s. the feelings was so overwhelm.. walking down the steps of the plane with teary eyes.. seeing the relatives for the first time in 20 years was priceless.. for those whom never been back, please dont wait too long.. go back and see it yourself... you might like it and for some of you... you might not enjoy it at all
