the banner says "Free Admission" Do they really charging people to go to shopping there? that's kind of weird to charge shoppers....LOL... no thanks.

NO!!! they do not charge people to shop there... you totally misunderstood the sign... what that signed said is... free of charge for countdown party..   that's what they meant by that..
