I don't like this drama. I think her previous drama, phleng ruk rim fung khong is better. And I don't like the song, she mixes Thai and Lao words. I have no issues with relationship between Lao-Thai, but why does the song has to mix with with Thai? Does it make the song sounds better?

Who care, I would love if she is making movies with the laos version then Thai. Why is it only way to be famous to be broadcast on the Thai TV?
I feel ashame for her, one person speak thai and she was speaking laos with so0me thai words mixing up. Even you know that thai don't very like to hear your laos language to in thier movies, but you still being a stubborn for it.

Post # 8 i am not quite agree with you . if you said thais dont' like to hear her lao accent in their movie . then it is not very good sigh for sabaidee laun pha bang at all because in this movie the male leader speaks thai and the female leader speaks lao. personlly i still think this lakorn introduces vientian accent to thai audians of cause i dont't refer this to the raciialism one. Many of them are even admire her vientian accent. i quite surpprise to see this kind of opinian from loa people. i guess i must live in the cave for so long that why i see something difference from some my lao folk here.

On the one hand, that would be a good example for some of our people who like to forget their own language when speak with Thai people.

On the other hand, let Thai people hear our Lao language. Perhaps, after some days Thai people would want to speak some Lao word to Lao people.

God people grow up and get on with life and get out of the cavemen day, face society with more modern thinking, it's only a lakorn, she is entertaining people not and putting lao on the world map, please appreciate it, if u think u can do better, go and represent lao and see if u can do better than her. I wish when Alexandra play her next lakorn, she represent herself rather than represent lao. Then she can go out with her working career as a singer and actress. She does not need critisim from ******* who is putting her down.

To some extent, I understand her position. On the one hand, she might speak accordinly to the scripts which the director of the drama had given her. If she could not do so, probably we would not have seen her in the dramma.

On the other hand, if I was she, I would probably have made the same mistakes what she has done. We are human being. When we talk with Thai people whose Thai language is similar to Lao language, we sometimes could speak a Thai word accidently. In my experiences, sometimes I felt that they did not quite understand what I had said in Lao.

I also do understand that if she spoke in English or other language, our people would have not acted like this. We would have probably been proud of her. We probably would say she is great, she can go inter. However. this case is unfortunate. We have had something negative with Thai people since long time ago. History makes us acting like that. I initially also acted like you do.

But now I have changed my mind, I think, I would criticise her if she spoke Thai words in Laos.  I think, I would criticise her if she spoke Thai words with Lao people. But here, I think, she just spoke some Thai words presumably accidently or by following the scripts given and only in dramma.

So why should we be so sorious with Xandra, who now studies in Japan? She now probably speaks Japanese. Then, imagine would we complain her that she doesn't speak Lao. No is the only answer. Situation forces her do like that. The more she can speak Japanese, the better Japanese people would understand her, no doubt.

In fact, we should be angry with our teenagers who try to speak Thai words even in our country without shame.

I dont care what some people criticize her, I have watched nearly most of this drama. For me, she is wonderful, and has done great job. Anyone in this drama has spoken mixed language, Thais sometimes speak Lao, and why not Lao can speak Thai sometimes. and remember, that is thai movie, not Lao, so even she have spoken all in Thai language, I would not blame her. But she still concern about her nation that mostly spoke Lao.

Oh, my god, anytime I look at her, I feel love her more.

If I very like to speak thai, I don't need to go to the BKK. All I have to do just go accross the mekong river to Nongkai province, then tell the Nongkai poeple I am from bank**** and I can speak Siamese pretty good.
Do you think I am qualify to a thai citizen?
