Yes it looks nice
but how about the environment in the river?
how do they deal with washroom, garbage from cooking?
are they really manage it well..
I heard a lot of bad thing about this house boat
they pour everything into the river
can you imagine where the things from washroom come?
the river is very important for the local people, they use water from the river for their daily life
how can you bring a really clean water back if you don't protect it by now
The business owner get all benefit, what will the local people get?
they earn money for them but
did they do anything to help in protect or solve the problem?

I do agree with the comment above.
The benefit from doing a business should not destroy the environment.
This time, the number of boats like this are still in small number, so the **** or garbage discharge from the boat can be diluted easily. However, if the number of boats increase in the future, strict rule and regulation must impose with no options.

It's very nice of cruising boat house, I hope I get a good chance to get on it one day. I heard beer lao taste pretty good with some roast chicken as we khon lao love to eat when drinking as well as PAPAYA Salads....YUMMY!!!!!

Probably, this person currently studies in Environment Science Institute of NUOL.

If they do not do anything to protect the environment problem impacted, why don't you tell them, but not just fight against them which is not good for both environment and development in Laos, no doubt. Be more optimism!!!

damn !!! over 500 USD per person !!!
i work 10 hrs/day, 6 days/ week. earn 140 USD / month.
this price shouldn't be here in laos. men bor ? bleh

This looks nice but 500 dollars is a lot. The cabin does not look so comfortable though. I hope I get a chance to go on the cruise but I hope the price gets lowered cause its too pricey.

how can you judge people by a short time
I share this opinion in this bad way to let the other who maybe don't know the bad impact to other people because most of advertise will promote the good way to make a lot of cutomer but in the same time, I hope they should think about the impact too.
Everything have a bad way and a good way of doing but it depends how will you manage it to make a very less impact to other things around us.
It's not bad if we look something in both way
sometime to be too optimism is not good too, it will make you forget to think about the others until the problem happen to yourself
many people have a different opinion but it depend on ourself how will we deal with it, listen and understand each other is not a bad thing to do. it's not good to increasing conflict.
Our country won't be develop if we don't look things or people around us, we will have more poor people if we just think about ourself.
I would love to talk to them if it's my responsibility and power to do that, I would love to ask them if I can by peaceful bot making a bad conflict, we're human who can destroy the environment but we're the best creature who can protect it too.
we know how to make it we must know how to fix it

members of Samakomlao by the name of LaoPeopleArmy have shown me the light. I use to think like you but no more.
We should let them (Laos citizen) support what ever their government approved or implementing to improve their economy......even destroying environment or ecology and people way of life.

Fellow members of Samakomlao, please do not speak against any construction or business effort in Laos because voicing your opinion will lable you enemy of the State by the hardcore supporter of LPRP here in this forum. By doing that it will also instigate the in fighting becuse the hardcore supporter of LPRP will take offense with our opinion (by mistake) of hating them. I know we don't hate them but they are blind to see that.

It is better to sit back and watch.

I totally understand that but someone dosen't have to talk that rude to the other, it's not a right thing to do.
