Wow!!!!

"Xok came to them" probably too heavy to such an extent they did not want to get it. Some probably got injuired because their bikes felt down. 

What is the point?

I think this practice of throwing water at a car/motorbike going by on the street really need to stop.
Not only some property might get damage as a result but someone can get hurt really bad or kill by this stupid act.

This need to stop.

i have to agree.. it is not safe at all..  does anyone know that total number of people got killed during the new year??  i hope is not high numbers..
