I am happy with the kindness of lao goverment to help China and want to say thank you very much for donated to help them also wish they will use those fund in the right way but alittle bit sad with amount of money, it seems too much 500.000 US. if compare to other countries. becoz our country also need fund to development many ways..... or how do you think?

I think China don't really need money, especialy from countries who have more difficulties with economics (this mean most of the coutries in the world, including poor Laos and mine, France, that goes with more and more tremendous debts every year).
This don't mean we should not try to help China! Give emergency material, send expert rescue team (if Chinese autorities accept them on their land)... I'm very sorry for what happen to Chinese people, This is terrific and i'm sad for all those people, but the country that have the best situation to bring financial help to victims is clearly China Itself.
Well, no matter how poor we Lao people are when it comes to our friends' trouble, we can afford to do everything. "Zean Pai Pa Ma = Meat goes, fish comes" or "What goes around, comes around". That is a nature or character of our Lao people.
This help exactly tells that Lao people have big hearts to Chinese people who currently face a big trouble in their country. We really regreet and sympathize them.
They are our friends in need. If we do not help them now, when would we do?
Yes Laos is still a poor and undevelop country specially at the rural area where is not many people have been there before I think Burma need more help than china, but of course we should help both I'm so pround of our goverment that they help those people
