What are things Lao government should focus on to develop our children to meet the international standard?

2. after school programs

3. recreation centers

4. offer different sports

have a good big brothers and big sisters program... be a good role model for the young kids

We should develop the children incubation center in all provinces to develop all kinds of skill for talented and non-talented Lao children, so that they can grow up and achieve their dreams.
