They are cute, but i don't undertand why they have to speak Lao very fast !!! I know that they may lack of time so they had to speed up, but the way they conveyed their messages was very hard to understand. It seems to me that sometimes, they even don't understand what they want to say or deliver their messages to the listeners. For example, how important is Patouxay for Laos, they speak too long, fast and sometimes, repeated the thing they already said.
I think they need a lot of practices to speak on air.
The producer select only good looking people, but they never consider their ability. I know that everyone has the ability to speak Lao, but to speak it professionally, naturally and correctly, is another issue.
I understand everyone they say ...it's just their accent make it sound like they speaking fast ..actually it's not...for those of you that grow up speaking English yes it will be hard to understand them if you're not fluent in Laos.

It is a little too fast. That is what I notice from many speak narating other shows and documetary. Maybe this is the style or trend in Laos. Or simply they don't have lot of time to talk and also talking fast create an aura of something exciting.
They are both from Luangprabang. This show is actually aired on Hit Station (Thai Channel). It's called "Lao Life Variety" (something like that). I wonder if Thai audience would understand them. I find it hard to understand too.
After checking these two DJs profile in hi5, I am not surprised at all that they speak lao mix thai mix luang prabang accent. Their profiles are written in Thai, and they seems to be proud of their thai language ability.

Hi5 doesn't have Lao support.
I'm sure they'll advance more in the entertainment industry if they use Thai, I mean one day a Thai producer could be scouting hi5 for the next star and find those two.
the original name call " anousavaly" it has been created by french for lao government ( former government). but that does not mean a victory from france.

The Patuxai was built using American funds. America had given former laos government money to build a new airport. But in turn, former Laos government used the money to build the monument. Sometimes the Patuxai is called the "Vertical runway".
It has sometimes been called the Champs Elysées of the East.
Patuxay was built in Vientiane in the 1960s to celebrate the independence struggle 6a.
