It is beter to ask American and Thailand ,a they were the main user, Producer and droped the Clster Munitons in our territory in the past 3 decades and so far , they still have many kind of Cluster munitions in their stockpies .
yes, the users of Cluster munitions in Laos should have more repsonsibilities to said mentioned matter and according to vdo, the world will know the wrong doing of American and thai did for Lao peole and I will educate young generation of thre lao people to identify the good and bad friends.
I agreed with your view but it is better to bring predient of America namely Mr. Jonh son and Nikson to the International criminal Course and International course of justice and follow by Thai Man who allowed their territoty as the based of American to attached and droped the Clustermunition on Laos's territory .
The government of USA and THAILAND must take responsible for this matter, both of them violated an international laws. GENEVA. Thailand allowed USA to used their airforce bases to drop the bombs to laos, combodia and vietnam. Indochina countries must to stand up and against them.
we should take them to the International Criminal Course ( ICC ) and ICJ and in the near future, Thailand break up in 4 parts , namely : Isan, Xieng Mai, souther part and Siam.
