It is good that you show us how to cook Lao food. Show some more how to cook North, Central and South Lao foods.I like larb Seua very much.

it is not an original Larp that I have eaten on the first VDO, I never put the lemon grass to cook LAP..

Original larb or laab use lemon grass or maybe it just the southern larb or laab that use lemon grass ....i havent had any larb or laab without lemon grass yet .....I've eaten southern northern middletern, eastern, western lao larb ...all use lemon grass...

Larp that use lemongrass is fake Larp~ Larp vieng chan, Larp savanaket and Larp in southern Laos, I ve never eaten Larp with Lemongrass, but Oh yes, soup can't be a good soup without Lemongrass ( HUA SI KHAI)

my moms from savannakhet and dads from pakse and i don't recall any lemongrass in laab either.  only in the gaeng that accompanies it  =)

that's weird larp with lemongrass but i'll try it to see how it taste like. what part of laos does she from? she must be a taidum...
