Maybe we are talking about 2 different things here. Tracking down wich PC is which is easy. Tracking to see who use is difficult because the owner might not check ID of the person, that person might not use his/her real name, etc....

If I have right equipment I can monitor activity of particular internet cafe right in front of the place (or not). I can see someone posting the comment on Samakomlao in real time. I can have my elite Laos SWAT team storm the cafe and told everyone to stay put while I check on the IP subaddress of each PC. I will know who posting on which PC. furious

Stuff we talk/discuss in this forum is nothing. They will not do anything about i because it would be a waste of resources and manpower. biggrin

I wonder to know where do you live (Bruce Laoman), because it seems that you dont understand the situation in Laos. I may say that I may not speak openly in Lao, but people in Lao can share an idea and speak what can be an advantage or a disadvantage that can effect to the country. even sharing an idea to government is a hard thing to do, but gov. always listen to people......

For the registeration, I think for some one who always post and reply in this site, should registed. But if you are scared for some reason, web master should have some rule like: for the one who use name anonymous, can not post or can reply but with limit with words.
