First of all, I have more life than you may have realized. I despise your pathetic proverb and don’t look at yourself as someone who comes from a society of “Aristocracy” because you do not, and that’s the fact.Every culture has its own uniqueness and beauty and value; I respect it, but I am not bound by it since it also has its own backward and weakness as well; therefore, I look at it base on its virtue.
Our culture is not perfect and certainly not considered from a high caste either simply because it too has its own shame.Many Laotians living in the West had brought with them the good and the bad of the culture from Laos.Such as slurping food in their mouths while eating reminds me of animals, talking with the mouthful of food, belching so loud in the public without saying excuse me, sticking the fingers in their noses to dig for gold and spit the mucus on the floors; the list goes on.Do you expect me to value this?
